Alfredo Garcia Arruga
Director Asesoría Jurídica CADENA SER

Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y abogado ejerciente desde el año 1982. Ha sido profesor/tutor de derecho penal y de derecho procesal en la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), y desde el año 1992 -fecha en la que se incorporó a ANTENA 3 DE RADIO y,  posteriormente a la CADENA SER- es responsable del área jurídica de dichas entidades. Es vocal de la Junta Directiva de la Asociación Española de la Radio Comercial (AERC) y miembro del Grupo Jurídico del Foro de la Radio Digital desde su creación a finales de la década de los noventa. Imparte clases en diversos Másteres presenciales como el de Dirección y Gestión de Empresas Radiofónicas de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, y los de Propiedad Intelectual y Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones y Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación, de la Universidad Carlos III de Getafe (Madrid).

García Arruga has a Licentiate in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has been a practicing lawyer since 1982. He has been a professor/tutor of penal and procedural law in the National University of Distance Education (Spain) and since 1992 — the year in which ANTENA 3 Radio and later Cadena SER were incorporated — he has been responsible for the judicial area in said entities. García Arruga is a voting member of the Management Board of the AERC (Spanish Association of Commercial Radio) and a member of the Judicial Group of the Digital Radio Forum since its creation at the end of the 1990s. He offers classes in diverse Master’s programs such as the Direction and Management of Radio Companies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as Intellectual Property and Telecommunications Law and Information and Communication Technologies at Carlos III University in Getafe (Madrid).
