
Rebecka Loannidis Lindberg
Head of Marketing and Sales at Swedish Radio
Rebecka Ioannidis Lindberg is Head of Marketing and Sales at Swedish Radio since September 2006. Prior to this position she was Head of Planning of the Programme Department.
Before joining Swedish Radio, Ms Ioannidis Lindberg managed her own consulting firm. She also wrote media/brand columns for the Swedish daily newspapers Dagens Nyheter and Upsala Nya Tidning.
Ms Ioannidis Lindberg has acquired extensive experience in various fields of media and marketing; she was Chief Editor of the graphic design magazine CAP&Design for five years. Later she joined Dagens Media (*Daily Media*), a biweekly journal on media, media strategies and branding, where she served as Chief Editor from 2000-2004. In addition, she was director of Hyper Island School of New Media Design, a two-year university course focusing on on-line related technologies, products, services and businesses.
Ms Ioannidis Lindberg holds a degree in Information Science from Uppsala University. She has also studied journalism at Poppius School of Journalism, Stockholm.
